Beatles In London Tours 2025

Adam writes… You are a big Beatles fan (yup, me too) and want to visit the London places associated with their story. But which is the right tour for you?

I have been honing and improving my Beatles walking tour programme for a number of years now – asking questions of Beatles fans from all over the world in order to find out what they want from a Beatles tour of London. In addition, I’m constantly trying new things and monitoring what works well. For the past few years I’ve also been a tour guiding tutor and visiting lecturer in tour guiding at the University of Westminster and with London Heritage Training. The habit of constantly trying to improve the visitor experience is built-in to what I do.

And when I’m not working on tours, I’m a music traveller too, just like you. On my travels to music places across the globe I’ve experienced and analysed all the best practises employed by great guides the world over. With all this in mind, your London Beatles experience is getting better all the time.

Here are the top five requests from my recent survey which was conducted via online questionnaire and also face-to-face with Beatles fans on my walks…

What Do You Want From A London Beatles Tour?

I want to see as many places as possible

As a traveller I DON’T want to be herded around like cattle in a big group

The tour pace is important – I don’t want to be rushed

Of course, I want value for money

I want a knowledgeable guide who is also flexible and friendly

With these five points in mind, I have retooled and updated the 2025 Beatles in London schedule with the following options…

The Beatles Greatest Hits Vol.1 Small Group Beatles Tour

Beatles in London walking tour 1961 to 1965

Inspired by the famous “Red Album” this tour looks at The Fab Four’s rise, rise and rise, from their first arrival in the capital to their first acid trip in 1965. Small groups guaranteed with more time set aside to really get into the story. All the intimacy of a private tour for the cost of a public tour …MORE INFO & BOOKING

The Beatles Greatest Hits Vol.2 Small Group Beatles Tour

Beatles in London guided tour 1966 - 1970

This tour is inspired by the famous “Blue Album” and looks at John, Paul, George and Ringo’s post-touring London years. In album terms it covers the period from Revolver to Let It Be. And as with the Vol.1 tour,  small groups are guaranteed. There will be more time set aside to really enjoy the story and the places …MORE INFO & BOOKING

NEW Beatles With Kids

Beatles for kids - guided tours in London

Baby you can join this walk! The concept behind this tour has been worked out over many years of leading Beatles walks for fans of all ages – and also by being a parent to a smart and inquisitive music-mad kid. This tour can be tailored to your needs.

It may be the case that you don’t want the whole sex, drugs and rock’n’roll story – different parents want to reveal different things to their kids at different times. And it may be the case that you don’t think a walking tour is the place to have that first discussion about hallucinogenic drugs, addiction and arrests with your child. The Beatles Tour For Kids is also designed to be a little bit shorter for those differing attention spans.

This tour is currently only available as a private tour. For more info, use the form at the bottom of this page.

Day Tripper

The Full Day Beatles Tour – this is essentially two three-hour tours with a break for lunch. In the morning we’ll cover 1961-1965 and in the afternoon it’s 1966-1970. If you want to make the most of your time on your visit to London AND get the whole story, then this is the tour for you. Once again, places are strictly limited to 12 people, small group guaranteed …MORE INFO & BOOKING

Virtual Tours

Virtual tours have proven to be a popular and most versatile option. Travellers who want to “go it alone” and explore London without a guide can book a virtual tour as prep for the big trip. Use it as a Live Guidebook with your expert guide right hurter on screen to answer your questions. Get all the tips and tricks you need when exploring London for real. Or you can book it for fun or to learn something new in 2024. Virtual tours are available 24 hours a day in all time zones and require at least 48 hours notice for booking subject to availability.
