Rock’n’Roll Pub Quiz Walks… Thank You!

Adam writes… Thanks to everyone who joined me for The Great Rock’n’Roll Pub Quiz Walk summer season this year.

We visited Soho, Covent Garden, Camden Town and did a Beatles special in Mayfair, St James’s and Soho. That’s 120 questions in total with 40 participants over the four walks.

The general consensus was… pretty tough quizzes but good fun!

What The Quizzers Say…

Here’s Emily V reviewing on Tripadvisor…

“Adam was the perfect guide: passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and full of fascinating insights that went far beyond the typical tourist fare. This wasn’t just a tour of Beatles landmarks (though yes, we saw some iconic ones, including the rooftop concert building!). It was a deeper dive into the world from which the Beatles came and the world they helped shape.

One of the many standout moments? Adam didn’t just show us where the famous rooftop concert happened—he also took us to the building where the young police officers were dispatched from to break it up. It’s that kind of detail that made the whole thing come alive.

What really set this tour apart was how Adam wove together music, architecture, and social commentary. He talked about how the Beatles rose to fame during a time when Britain’s rigid class system was beginning to break down and how they played a role in that shift.

And then there was the pub quiz…possibly the toughest quiz I’ve ever taken, but definitely the most fun. It added such a great interactive element to the experience, and you could tell Adam had put real thought and creativity into it.

This wasn’t just a tour. It was a smart, funny, immersive journey through a pivotal cultural moment, led by someone who clearly loves what he does. Whether you’re a lifelong Beatles fan or just curious about London’s musical past, Adam’s tour is something really special.”
