Adam writes… It’s been a bumper summer at London Music Tours. As usual, sincere thanks to everyone who joined me this summer.

But London Music Tours is not just a summer fling. Like the famous Windmill Theatre during WWII, I never close!* And terms of public, scheduled tours, I’m looking forward to my busiest September and October ever. There are 21 tours to choose from!
The Monday Night Music History Club returns on Zoom – the first two meetings will look at The Rolling Stones in 1969 and Music and Crime. My new tour of the National Portrait Gallery, Face The Music, has been very well received and it’s back on the schedule on 9th October. It makes a terrific companion piece to the Musical Statues tour which returns to the schedule for a Sunday morning outing in September.
There’s an extra Bowie walk to mark the release of some archive material and Bob Dylan is back, too.
My ambitious 6-part series A History of Rock & Pop in London returns to Saturday mornings with a special discount offer. Book all six walks and pay for only three – save 50%. And don’t forget the Pub Quiz Walks and The Great West End Record Store Crawl as well.
As usual, private tours are always available and you can check out my availability using the calendars at the end of this post.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you out and about in September & October. Thanks for supporting my one man band!
All best,
Adam,
London

London Music Tours

First time visitor to this site? Hello! My name’s Adam and I am an award-winning, qualified tour guide. I specialise in music-themed guided tours here in London. I’ve been a tour guide for 20+ years and I offer a regular schedule of walking tours throughout the year. For the full, up-to-date calendar click HERE. Private tours are always available, too. Use the form at the bottom of this post to get in touch to book a private tour. I’m qualified as a Westminster Guide (with distinction), a former visiting lecturer in tour guiding at the University of Westminster and an ex-national newspaper arts journalist . In my spare time I play guitar and sing and buy too many records. Drop me a line anytime using the form below.
